I'm moving up in the world

So yesterday I get an offer letter for perm. hire (I'm currently a temp) from my company.
Today I found out about 30 minutes ago that I get to help interview a candidate for a new position in our department. Of course since I have never *participated* in this end of an interview and I have yet to see the person's resume, this could be REALLY interesting..:bounce:
