have access to MY social security funds--well, it said "our", but I got the point.

Why do people send me this crap?!! This was from a guy in the Book Club. Not a member of the church, but comes to book club with a member. He got my e-mail address because I send out reminder notices. I'm really pissed that he made use of my address this way.

So, I sent back a snarky e-mail. Maybe that was rude, but not as rude as sending political spam to someone you don't really know.

Cuz if he REALLY knew me, he'd know how I'd respond to this crap!!

Thank you for letting me vent.

1. I hate that.
I am on the executive board of my daughter's school PTA. I get spam from all these "well meaning" people I have never met because my email was published in the school e-newsletter.

GAAAHH!

3. It just pisses me off!! I send him e-mails for one reason and one reason only--
to remind him what book we're reading and when we're meeting. The only response I should get is "Thank you for this information". Is that so hard?!!

Okay, I'm gonna go veg in front of the tube.

Good to see ya, though, as always! :hi:

2. Damn! They already get free health care and cadillacs!
:sarcasm:

I used to get that shit from a coworker (the one republican in our group) and I always replied to all with a snopes link because it was always something that had been debunked a year or more before he sent it. Yawn.
