3. after you make it you have to let it set in the fridge |

so that you can cut it and it stays together in a square
then flour, egg wash, and then bread crumbs.
you can make a deep fryer out of a pan on the stove... just make sure you use a thermometer to get it to the right temp (about 325 degrees)
