28. Banana is a versatile fruit; I've liked smoothies with that and strawberry, mango, papaya..
and perhaps some raw cocoa, if it'll blend well enough.

Blueberry with pomegranate is nice as well.

34. My dad's recipe: Vanilla ice cream, creamy peanut butter, and
that chocolate shell stuff that gets hard when it cools down. Blend it so the shell breaks up into small pieces. Best milkshake I've ever had!

37. If I may say, dairy and sugar are not very good immune support.
if she craves tangy fruit, she may want vitamin C. Black Cherry Berry tea by Celestial Seasonings is very high in vitamin C (from rosehips) and basically tastes like tangy cherry juice.
