Night time in the Lounge!

It is a great night (I hope) in the Lounge! Oh,the times I remember! Anything happing that is reminiscent of those strange and naughty nights? I remember one night there was a heave discussion on which was better, the rabbit or the dolphin. And of course those great threads about favorite mix drinks.So in the spirit of those nights here is a mix drink ricipe for those over 21!

SLEW GIN COLLINS
makes 10 servings
20 oz sloe gin
juice of 1/2 lemons
carbonated water
10 slice lemon
10 slice orange
10 cherry

Shake sloe gin and juice of lemon with ice and strain into a collins glass. Add several ice cubes, fill with carbonated water, and stir. Add slices of lemon and orange, top with the cherry, and serve with a straw.

2.0 dashes Bitters
3.0 oz. Bourbon
1.0 tsp. Sugar
1.0 tsp. Water

Makes 4 servings

6 oz tequila
2 oz premium triple sec (preferably Cointreau)
4 oz lime juice

Rum the rim of a cocktail glass with lime juice, and dip in salt. Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into the glass, and serve.
