* Black bean hummus with warm, baked plantain chips

* Seven-layer bean dip

* Wings of Miami wings

* Jamaican jerk wings

* Homemade salsa, heavy on the cilantro

* Beer, lots and lots of microbrewed beer

* Guacamole, homemade

* Baked bread with brie

* Pork carnitas

I have no idea what dessert is, yet. GO PATS!

3. You are one lucky hombre....
We found a place that has the most incredible mole salami but I have yet to try chianti soaked salami. Did he do this at home or was it purchased as such?
