Unfortunately, we've never met!

I just found out last year. If you ever check in at the Ancestry/Genealogy Forum here at DU, I'm all over it. Call me obsessed.

I began researching my extended Smith family (I figure anything I can do to get this dynasty out of the way for others trying to research THEIR Smiths would help!) in Wisconsin, then got the story back to Finger Lakes, NY. I visited around Newfield and Ithaca last spring, and got a bunch more information. My book is up to 800 pages now. Yay me!

Many times, I do Google searches in quotes for some of the names I'm looking for, and I have the goshdarnedest luck finding stuff! A search for her father's name, brought up a dedication page for her mother, Elizabeth Harrower Seabold, who had recently died.

So I found an e-mail for Susan's husband Bill Hayes and sent him an e-mail. We've corresponded a few times, and he sent me a mailer of stuff. It was great because it let me know what happened to Susan's grandmother (or great grandmother, I forget). She remarried and had a few more kids. I would never have known that if he hadn't given me that. I hope to meet them in person one of these days. They travel so often, I should probably check to see where they're doing book signings more closely so I could do that!

First and foremost the couple was better with Meg Ryan as Betsy, not Lindsay Frost. And as soon as they paired those 2 up and made them a couple they made Steve almost unforgivable and last I heard he's still rotting in a jail somewhere.

It's normal to breakup the supercouple but you have to give us hope that the supercouple will somehow find a way to unite once again. But since they realized they lost the sparkle of Meg Ryan they had no choice but to break them up.

Noah aka Rick Springfield and Bobbie aka Jackie Zeman from GH even though they didn't end up together were my all time faves. I was so hoping when they brought Rick back recently they would reunite them, but now they have put Jackie on recurring status and I don't even know if Rick is still there. I quit watching again.

I also liked Jeff Martin and Mary Kennicot from All My Children

Roman Brady(when he was Drake Hogestyn) and Diana Coville{Genie Francis}
were also a fave as well as John Black (Drake Hogestyn} and Isabella{Staci Greason}. Never cared for him with Marlena to be honest. In fact to be really honest I never liked Marlena period.
