It's cold and snowing, so naturally I went for a 13.48 mile walk. |

:P
I'm just slightly stupid, but I have that "runners high" even though I didn't run, I did kind of power walk it. I feel all glowy and good. I do this at least once a week, but many times more than that. Sometimes it's 3-4 times a week.
Why am I telling you this? I don't know. I just thought I'd brag. :P

That's a heck of a "walk" :D How long did it take you? I miss taking long walks... used to walk 3-5 miles regularly, and it rarely happens anymore... :(

2. Wished I could have joined you. |

Yesterday I walked about that far on the beach.
Nothing I like better then a long walk.
I would love a long walk in the snow.

Walk a lot myself. Best are the one's you don't plan: did one this summer, walked a couple miles from my place here in the Bronx over the bridge into northernmost Manhattan, then all the way down to the bottom of the island (of millionaires.) Just kept going until the end. Fortunately, there's a subway down there at the Staten Island Ferry which could carry me almost all the way back home. And, fortunately, there was a bright shiny "food court" at the Ferry, which must have been new (at least over the past few years.) I was pretty hungry at the end of that walk!
