1. Don't you have to be incarnated first?

But no.

8. Not if you're lucky.

Getting reincarnated means you failed to achieve enlightenment in your previous existence, so you're back here again, hopefully to make a better job of it this time. Everyone alive today is direct evidence of a huge number of prior fuckups. Which explains a lot, if you think about it.

9. I believe we are all one and thus our souls need to gains perfection
so they come back. Every life lives learns lessons. I think of how I have grown over this life and how much more growing I can do and it seems like it will take several more go arounds to get to the place that Jesus and Buddha were at.

After that I dunno.

21. I think I would like to get it right next time.
But this life has exhausted me already, do I really want to try again? Sigh. And BTW, "Every life lives learns lessons." Say it ten times fast, I dare ya!
:-)

Sometimes I get this feeling that I've lived another life.

It's strange...

How many times do we have to go through this?

15. Abivalent. On the one hand, I think it's bunkum, but on the other hand,
if other people want to believe it I am 100% fine with that.

After all, it is not like religion doesn't say crazier things, and I am fine with them. I just think they are wrong.

18. It doesn't exist.
There was a time when I was in my late teens-early 20's, when I was a believer.

Now I think it's just wishful thinking, just like the Heaven that Xians believe in.

However, I'm glad reincarnation doesn't exist. Because if it did, the odds of me or you or anybody coming back as a citizen of some desperately poor Third World country are much greater than coming back as well off as we are now.

I know, reincarnation is supposed to work so that if you were good, you're rewarded, if you were bad you're punished.

But none of us know if we were guards/commandant at a concentration camp in a "past life," or for that matter, were Hitler, Stalin, or someone similar.

19. Lynnsin wants to come back as a DUer's cat, which
no doubt is a pretty cushy job, but me? I'm not impatient to leave, but I definitely don't want to come back!

20. I think it's ridiculous.
I mean, not only are we saying that there's an afterlife -- a gigantic supposition to begin with -- but now we're also presuming to know the exact nature of the afterlife? I mean, come on now!
