How soon would be too soon for my friend to ask her out?
A close friend of mine wants to ask a girl his friend broke up with out. How soon would be too soon for him to do it?

1. Well better to be too soon than too late.
Of course I'm single for life, so take that with a grain of salt the size of Utah. :)

2. He should ask his friend, no?
If the guy storms off, slams the door so hard, the exhaust fan in the window falls out, I'd say... too soon.

Not that I have experienced anything similar to this, but I would bet if it was 11yrs in between the old relationship and present day and he got a reaction like that, then "someone" never got over it.

Like I said, just a wild guess.;-)

3. if he's an actual friend, the answer is never
if they only went on a few dates and it never got further than a goodnight kiss, it doesn't matter, but if they actually had a relationship and he asks the girl out, he has no respect for the guy. Mates is mates. If he's not really friends with the guy, he should just admit that he doesn't respect him and go for the girl, timing be damned.

Wasn't it do it, but buy the guy a beer to help him get over her?
