"Project Runway" the contestants showing at Fashion Week are.......

No spoilers
Several “Project Runway” contestants choked up at the sight of the overflowing audience. Only three collections will be televised on Bravo, but producers want to avoid giving a hint of who the finalists are.

Christian Siriano, the contestant fans love to hate, was a tent favorite with an avant-garde collection playing with feathers, oversized ruffles and curvy blazers with wide shoulders and flared hips.

Rami Kashou focused on beautiful dresses, using softly layered draping, ruffles and a checkerboard weave. Models were styled as goddesses for the collection he said “celebrates women.”

Jillian Lewis showed standout coats — one with a wide collar in metallic herringbone, and another with cut-outs in the elbows and a ruffled hem showing a peek of red.

Chris March, the costume designer and fan favorite, went for high drama with velvet, beading and brocade. He also showed his sense of humor with his use of a hair-like fringe and a flowing halter dress embossed with the image of the Mona Lisa.

Kathleen “Sweet P” Vaughn had a very wearable collection, playing with trends seen elsewhere this Fashion Week of mustard yellow, purple and exposed zippers. A green-gold tiered dress and long coat were standouts.

1. Can't wait!
I think Christian is the most annoying designer they have ever had!

3. Is it his personality or his style you don't like?
I like his fashion sense a lot. He's the most modern of all of them. His personality is arrogant, but let's face it, he's just a kid. He'll grow up someday.

5. Both actually.
The only thing of his that I've liked was the lady that lost a bunch of weight and he made a jacket and jeans for her. That outfit I thought was his best work. But sometimes it's hard to get past his personality to really enjoy his stuff.

8. Christian is the 'Hung' of Project Runway
Hung was just as annoying on Top Chef. I hope this doesn't mean Christian wins

9. He will
as I posted below Kit Kevin and Victorya were IMHO clearly in the top 5 with Christian and maybe Rami but the three of them got "run off" (hey they should use that) in straight weeks or near to that.

I am just telling you what my wife says -I sit there and nod agreement-she has a degree in fashion and usually picks these dead on the nose. Victorya especially was a surprise. They used to get a pass along the way to someone just for body of work now it seems like if you rise above they see your head on a platter. The ckinny gir, Jillian?, and maybe Rami are the only ones who can beat Christian at this point and Rami is pretty one dementional.

Maybe they are trying to create their own 21 year old phenom

2. Christian and Jillian are my 2 favorites.
Chris March is really good in his own way, but he's "off" a lot of the time. Rami is talented but he's not my style. Sweet P is not going to make the final 3, I predict.

Christian and Jillian had better be going to Fashion Week!

6. They got rid of the best 3 IMHO
Kit Keven and Victorya

Christian will probably win and it seems really unfair that they didn't auf Chris when he got ot come back on

7. I agree they shouldn't have let Kit go. Victorya was good, too.
I wonder if Victorya's icy personality had anything to do with getting auf'd. Maybe the judges didn't connect with her, though they seemed to connect more with Christian, since he has a flamboyant personality.

Not sure about Kevin. He wasn't top 3 material, in my opinion.

Chris March has a niche, but I don't think high fashion is his niche.

4. I think this week
will possibly be Sweet P's last.

Christian is very arrogant, but he has right to be. He is soooo good. Even though his personality can be grating, I like him.

I hated Jeff last year, and wanted him offed every week, but in the end you just couldnt deny his talent.

10. I agree. The 2 that won't make it
will be SweetP and Chris March, I predict. I would rather wear their stuff than Rami's, but the judges like Rami's work better.

I'm glad the lingerie designer (what's his name) won the Levi challenge, but I think Kit deserved to stay longer than he did..

It's funny, I sort of got a kick out of (last year) Jeff's personality. I thought Andrea(?) and her mom were both annoying, and I took his side in the fights. I liked Jeff's designs a lot, but I thought Michael(?) should have been the winner.

I love Project Runway a little too much.
