1. I'm doing strategic planning for one of my grad school classes
Not being a business major or anything remotely close to that, this has been my first taste of it. It's all sports related stuff so it's not so bad. I don't mind pretending to be an athletic director that has to save several female sports teams so my school stays Title IX compliant. Although I think it would be a major pain in the ass to develop and implement in the real world. I suppose that's why I'll never be an AD

3. So, you're dealing with SWOT?
My congregation is starting a strategic planning process. I think about SWOT in my dreams these days. If I never hear of SWOT again, it'll be too soon!!

6. After taking all these classes in...
leadership, facilities management, curriculum development, etc further cemented my resolve to stay out of the administrative jobs and remain on the educational side...all the crap that principals and ADs have to put up with on a daily basis plus all the politicing that must be done...no thank you!

I'll stay away at least until I'm old, cranky and don't want to deal with the kids anymore lol
