It's not my fault - California Peggy never released my bank accounts after the restraining order "incident", but I'm technically violating my release agreement by even saying that much, so I shut up now.
I used it for the first time today! I've been using on-faucet filters for years (the last two apartments I lived in in NYC had old, old, old plumbing, and the water was filled visibly with metallics and other crud, and my current apartment is tied to a water system that has safe, but distasteful, water), but never used the pitcher. I find them a slow, tedious way to filter water.
But I really wanted clean water in my office, and I'm tired of fucking the earth by using bottled water like I'm some kind of self-obsessed fuck-the-earth "I'm too precious" Yuppie SUV-driving Republican asshole, and the Britta Pitcher was the only way to go.
Yummy! Nice improvement over the water in the office.
