This year is getting worse at every turn!
Recap: Last part of December,Sister marries a guy that thinks she is a way to get money without working for it since she gets child support(Boy has he learned a thing or two!). January: Loss home and had to move in with my parents ( putting all my things in storage for $50 a month),Grandmother died, my dog Maverick died.

Now it is February, my mom went to th hospital and was left in a exam room with no way to page a nurse, no monitoring system for her heart going (she was in for chest pain and has had a heart attack before), and no blanket to help her stay warm in those hospital gowns they give you to wear. She finally gave up on getting help there and walk out of the hospital with the I.V. stint still in. The nurse at the station outside in the hall ( the one who kept ignoring her for a good 5 hours)allowed her to just walk out!
And my cat Polo has ran back to the old neighborhood and won't come to me when I call. He is mad about the new living conditions. And I have a case of the flu. What's a girl to do!

3. I must be contagious...
End of march 2007 - laid off from I place I worked for 9 years
week later - totaled my car

did get a new car and new job by beginning of April

May 2007 - my partner finds out one of the law partners at her workplace is retiring by end of year, may or may not have a job

July 2007 - swerved to avoid a head on collision on our road, and I mooshed side of car up along side of telephone pole

August 2007 - our 11 year old airdale, Dax, dies from kidney failure.
Two weeks later, partner finds out she will be out of a job by end of September.
We start looking for a puppy, figuring if she's going to be home - there would be time to housetrain a puppy. First puppy we were going to adopt ended up being killed by another dog at the shelter.
Next puppy we were looking to adopt from another shelter ended up dying from kennel cough.
Found one in September at a third shelter. (her pic is my avatar)

End of September 2007 - partner now laid off
Beginning of October 2007 - I get laid off from new job

I do manage to find another job at the end of October, partner is still trying to find a job

About 3 weeks ago - a deer ran into my car
a week later - with a rental car, I skidded on some ice, managed to control it and stop on the side of the road where another car hit me

last week it looked like my partner had a job, was set to start this past Monday. Job fell through due to pissing contest between the two partners who own the business. She has about 6 weeks left of unemployment, after that who knows
