29. TI is not

as rowdy as places farther down Bourbon towards Canal and they keep their taps clean and the Draft Bud is always consistent. Some of their bartenders have been their for years and years and the view from the balcony is very nice. And anytime one of the owners is on property (which isn't too often) I get a free beer. They know they don't have to worry about me causing trouble. I've been going there for going on 20 years. One of life's little pleasures is a seat on the balcony with a cold bud at sunset.
