1. Much thicker skin required over there |

GDP is like swimming in water over your head. I jump in for a little while, but when I get scared I come over here, where the water is less turbulent, warmer, and I can touch bottom.
I just hope the warmth doesn't mean I'm standing in someone's pee.

There's a lot of good arguments and positions over there, but WAY too many people view a disagreement over their candidate's positions, or an observation about primary results and poll numbers, as a personal attack on them, and it just gets out of hand.
I can deal with some of the stuff, but people take some things way too personally.

9. That's another thing you're not allowed to do in GD-P |
|
mildly disagree, I mean. In there you're only allowed to disagree with fangs and claws bared. :P

13. I posted probably 1000+ in about three weeks in GDP |
|
Right now I feel like I've read everything about all of the candidates that I'll ever need to know. I'll probably check into it every now and then, but I won't be on fire with it like I used to be.

but GD-Primaries seems to be a forum of spitting, kicking, and putting bubble gum in hair.

11. GDPers won't even touch the important issues: ending Iran, immediate impeachment, real heath care |
|
etc.
Looks like those who support "other" are the true underground of Democratic Underground.
