You have to supply your own vests.

6. Damn.
If that kind of thing happens regularly, I can see why you'd want her to wear a bullet-proof vest. I hope that's not a long-term place to work. :(

10. Cool. I've always been intrigued by profilers...
I watch Body of Evidence every Saturday night about Dayle Hinman. She was the first female FBI trained profiler.
I hope your daughter stays safe. :-)

Fast shipping and usually priced right.

They've got a lot of female duty boots and gear too. It's about they only place I can get a good pair of tactical boots for work.

11. There is no such thing as a bullet proof vest.
They have vests that resist penetration but they won't stop all bullets. Unless you add extra hard plates any hunting round from a rifle will penetrate the soft armor. My only suggestion is to spend the money to get the highest level of protection including a front plate. She is going to have to wear it every shift, never be tempted to remove the plate because of the weight. Also, get a vest with side protection.

14. I heard that DragonSkin is the best
That's why they don't give it to our troops in Iraq.

15. It looks like the main problem is knife fights
So Kevlar may be her best bet. I'm concerned a knife would slide between the disks.
