I switched my sleeping hours earlier this month |
|
I am now a night owl and go to bed at 5am. I sure do like it, my life is a lot more calmer.

My body clock was broken after 14.5 over varied shift work.

5. Ah, you're working Writer's Hours. By choice, it seems, which makes me happy for you. |
|
Wish I could go back to living like that.

I no longer stay up to watch my favorite shows. If I get tired at 7:00 pm, I go to bed. Doesn't matter what gets left undone, or what I have planned. When my body asks for sleep, my body gets sleep.
Being that I get up at 4:45 (right around when you go to bed) it's important that I go to bed early.
I remember when I was a kid I used to think my folks were "old" for going to bed so early. But when you get up early and you work hard, you need your sleep.
Getting enough sleep is just as important to good health as diet and exercise.

I started living clean a few weeks back. Eating right, exercising, and my sleep has improved a LOT!
