Only a relatively small amount of BS, and several nice perks... so on balance, I've got nothing to complain about.

5. The environment is fine

but the pay is lousy compared to industry rates, and I intensely resent the two people running the show, who both have new houses, new boats, new everything. I'd just like a decent retirement account.

6. Considering the hellish place where I worked before my current job...

...this place is a cake walk! :) I'm damn good at what I do and enjoy my work, and my current place of employment knows that and appreciates that. I'm fairly compensated, and my commute is only seven minutes each way. This profession has its down side too, so it's not all flowers and candy, but I'm glad I am where I am. :)
