Why does my neediest client call me at the end of the day with a crisis?

I've been sitting here working since 6:30AM. It's 20 minutes from beer thirty and she calls me with yet another crisis.

that is option A of the Needy Client plan. Option B involves not calling until the problem has become so overwhelming there is little one can do to solve it.
