3. Yes, my parents used them several times
and were overall pleased with the tours.

The only difficulty they had was the time they were in Italy and my Mom's dad passed away. The tour arranged to get them home for the funeral but balked at giving them a refund, even though they purchased trip insurance. Their argument was my parents left voluntarily. So look into private trip insurance if you want better service.
