Part of it looks somewhat worm-like when cooked.

It's quite tasty and good for you, though.

11. Oh, baby! You'll be tripping for days...
...Get yourself to a nice, "safe" space and surround yourself with gentle people you can trust. Quinoa veterans, ideally. Just remember that the first 12 hours are the toughest-- if you can ride them out you'll be fine. And, if you can remember to do so, breathe once in a while.
