Work is KILLING ME

I've always liked working as much as I can, but I may have met my match. Between my two jobs and third freelancing commitment I have been working from 9:00 am until midnight or later for like two months now. And someone just asked me if I could work Saturday for them. My skin is breaking out and I am so fatigued. I was hoping to meet my brandnew nephew on Saturday too. You know, do something human.
Christ almighty.
