What’s your favorite way to kill time on a computer?
I’m a gamer at heart even though I don’t have the time to play as I once did. So, I like to play free online games from to time to time to give my mind a quick break when I need a respite from computer work. I used to play Gridlock http://www.corwin.ca/gridlock/ until I completed all the levels. Now, I’m hooked on Amateur Surgeon http://www.adultswim.com/games/game/index.html?game=surgeon . Both games are quite addictive!

Since I’m always open to new ideas, what do you like to do on the computer to have some fun? (Please nothing that will get the thread locked. ;) )

2. I played that for awhile also.
They're definitely a good way to exercise the mind.

9. Heroes of Might and Magic...
is that a real-time strategy game? I enjoy games along the same vein as WoW, Age of Mythology, and Rise of Nations.

The internet was made for people like me -- any random thought that pops into my mind can be easily googled and I can get questions answered at the click of the mouse.

6. reading and posting on DU, my fave political sites, astro sites, email,
pretty basic. I can waste entire days doing that. I'm not a gamer, but my 14 yr old son has gotten into it lately.

:hi:

10. Email...
both a blessing and a curse. I swear it's a great way to send info and receive info quickly but, sometimes the volume of emails that pile up if I don't check my inbox is overwhelming!

It's nothing wrong with not being a gamer. ;)
