1. I would get mom some comfy loungewear.
For big bro, a toy he likes and maybe a shirt from the hospital that says I'm the Big Brother.

I agree with MidloDemocrat.

Always bring a gift for the big brother when you do for the baby! ;)

I loved it when my sister brought me some precooked meals to get me

through my first days home with the second baby.

Maybe a gift card to a infants clothing/supply store?

That way you won't duplicate and she can order online and have it delivered?

Offer to babysit or take the older one out for a couple of hours!

4. Pre cooked meals is a great idea. Or gift cards for take out.

5. Cigars are always nice, for Mom and Dad of course.
For the little one, a good bourbon.

6. I vote for a new book that Mom and Big Bro can read together,
and I like the loungewear idea.

My favorite kids' book ever is "The Little Brute Family" by Russell and Lillian Hoban. It's out of print but readily available on Amazon

Congrats on the new nephew!

7. Get a tote bag and fill it with undershirts and sleepers - so mom wont have to do
laundry every day.
