How do I report animal abuse on YouTube?

YouTube is doing NOTHING!

These videos have been flagged.
People have been flagging them for hours.

Where can I report this on a Sunday?
The offices to the HSUS, SPCA and PETA are closed.

4. I think they have FINALLY been pulled.

I wasn't able to get any help from the local HSUS shelter ( the only thing open today), since YouTube
is global.

But when clicking on the links, they won't load now.

Hopefully, they have been pulled.

I hope they track down this guy!

6. maybe they're working on youtube to correct it because it's been

down for awhile. now i got on and tried a search for a song (once in a red moon) and was told that searching for videos is temporarily unavailable.
