Poll question: If You Had To Choose Between Two Nearly Perfect Men
The first man would be a vampire. This vampire is 110 years old, but look like he's 20. He treats you well. He is rich, handsome, as athletic as a triathlete with the strength of 10 men and the speed of a cheetah. Oh, he also has 2 medical degrees and knows virtually everything about everything. He reads a lot.

He loves you with all his being. The only downsides are that he is constantly fighting the urge to kill you and drink your blood, and that he can't be seen with you in sunlight, because that would make his skin shine like a million little diamonds. In addition, his skin is hard and ice cold. Oh, and he would never die - so you'd have to become a vampire yourself to stay with him forever and have sex with him. Also, you couldn't have kids.

The second man would be a werewolf. This werewolf is actually 20 years old, he's huge, about 6-7. He treats you well. He isn't rich, he's reasonably good looking, he's always there when you need him. Plus he's athletic and strong and fast. He also loves you with all his being. He's not as mature as the vampire, but he's more playful. He's also got a constant internal temperature of 109 degrees, meaning he always feels like he has a temperature.

The only downsides are that when he gets angry he turns into a werewolf that could kill you accidentially. Plus all his thoughts can be read by his werewolf brothers (he has brothers) so he woudln't be able to keep any secrets. He would die eventually, but he would age slowly. You can have kids with him and have sex with him without having to worry about becomming a wereworlf - because you couldn't. (you have to be born a wereworlf).

Which guy would you choose?

(some people will recognize these two men if they've read a certain book I'm obsessed with right now.)

2. These are the choices?
I'm hetero, but in this case I think I could try really hard not to be.

6. yes, and they're both nearly perfect men in their own way
I mean, picture your idea of the perfect man. That would be either of them, but with their individual strengths and weaknesses.

8. Twilight, by Stephanie Meyer
INSANELY good book.

It's a 3-book series with a fourth coming out soon. I read all three books in 5 days. Each book was about 600 pages each.

7. The vampire probably has one of those nasty diseases like herpes...
The werewolf is rather hairy. Like a carpet sold in 1972. No wonder everybody likes the werewolf.

BTW, when you said the werewolf was "huge", what did you mean?
