1. Definitely McCoy,
but Ben Stone was a passionate prosecutor as well.

Cutter? Meh.

2. McCoy is miles above the other two, but

Cutter is just starting out. Jury's still out on him.

There was something about Stone that didn't quite sit right with me - when he pleaded his case with Adam Schiff, he almost SOUNDED pleading, as if using a sad voice to try to gain sympathy.

McCoy, on the other hand, made his case with all of the DAs as if there was no logical viewpoint but his own. I liked that.

3. Probably McCoy
Almost fifteen years of watching him pull fast ones and always chase the most culpable party without fear or favor puts him in the lead; even some the best TV characters wore out their welcome in half as much time, but Jack's still kicking ass.

Stone was also an enjoyable character, because the burden of the most ethical response to the pressures of his job wore so heavily on him, and because he was so chilly and focused in the courtroom.

I don't know how I feel about Cutter yet. He seems to me to be almost a deliberate synthesis of the other two characters; brash but not heedless, and sometimes melancholy.

5. kinna prefer Stone
his character was an idealist

McCoy is interesting, but he'd sell his mother to the wolves if it helped him get a conviction.
