8. Okay, in all seriousness. There is not. Because...
It means "handsome little one." So I suppose a female equivalent would be a name that means "pretty little one" or something like that. Hasna and Jamila both mean beautiful and Wasima means pretty and graceful.

12. I looked up Arabic names on Google, and several sites told me that "Hussein"
means "little beauty."

There are two feminine names that mean "beauty": Husna and Husniah.

Disclaimer: I don't speak Arabic, but I know how to find things on Google. :-)
