"Shrimp bisque over some brown jasmine rice. We got some of that good rice the last time we were in Louisiana. Maybe a salad or some slaw. Some kinda bread. Maybe biscuits."
"And a little bowl of roux on the side?"
"ROUX?"
"Yeah, just a little bowl. I got a taste for some roux."
"Go have another drink."
