How well do you chew your food?

I have a horrible habit of wolfing down my food, and I'm trying to break it. I'm trying to focus on taking small bites and chewing until the food is almost liquid before I swallow. It's surprisingly difficult.

2. I'm a chewer.

I even chew my liquids. I have done it since I was a little itty bitty baby. I chew milk especially. Don't know why. It's just another one of my weird little habits. I'm a lot of fun to be around though.

Maybe you can begin breaking the habit by eating something you really like and pretending it's the last time you'll ever be able to have that certain food again. Savor each and every bite until it just about drives you nuts. I'm talking about some extreme chewing, right.

Then, next time you eat, do it again until you force yourself to chew almsot too much and just about drive yourself nuts.
