I need to chill out

Spent way too much time in GD P lately.

Weather was sunny and warm in Bermuda today. Took the dogs for a walk around spittal pond.

Had root canal on Tuesday - with no freezing. I can't believe that I let my dentist core out my tooth with a drill without any anaestetic. But he was right - I didn't need it.

Still waiting to hear whether I'm going to have heart surgery or not...


That's pretty much what is new with me.

2. hahahahha - it's the largest nature reserve in Bermuda

But that isn't saying much - because the islands are only 21 miles square :)

Basically it's a hiking trail that goes around a series of brackish ponds (there is no body of fresh water in bermuda) and at one end of the ponds is a small farm with cows and chickens and such.

The best part of the walk is when you are on the rocky coastline - Spanish rock - the first markings made in Bermuda is on that coastline.

It's a great walk for the poochies!
