4. I have insomnia
so I've been getting up at o'dark thirty for months. As the days get longer and it gets lighter earlier, I've noticed the whole sun thing. It's weird.

9. I worked the night shift for three years
While I was living in Florida.
And I had a window that faced the sunrise.

If I had the ability to kill the sun, I probably would have. Life on earth be damned, I needed to (*&%ing sleep.

8. Are you comparing twilight from the same seasons?
Because the closer to either equinox, the shorter the twilight, either morning or evening.

5. I don't know about that
Edited on Sun Mar-02-08 12:00 AM by pokerfan
Just last summer, I was sleeping outside at a local lake. Once it got light it seemed like it took forever for the sun to come up.

Maybe it's because we're usually up for sunsets, less so for sunrises.

11. "I love the nightlife. I got to boogie."
^That should be my mantra. Seriously, daytime comes around all sooo fast while night time takes forever to get here. I know the feeling. It DOES feel the same to me too.

14. Do we really "know" that the sun actually emits light?
Maybe it just sucks up all the dark.

This is what keeps me awake at night.
