The IRS just HATES me, and so does Adobe
So I did my taxes this year. I tried to efile. Twice. It was rejected both times because they claim my adjusted gross income from the previous year was incorrect (which isn't true).

So I said, fuck that, I'll just print it out and send it in the mail. So I went to the IRS website, downloaded the 1040ez form (which opened fine), and then stopped momentarily when it asked my to look in the tax tables on page whatever of the instruction manual.

So I opened a new tab, went to the IRS site, then found the instruction manual and opened it. Acrobat crashed. So I tried it again. Acrobat crashed.

So I tried IE. Acrobat crashed.

So I restarted my computer and did everything again. Acrobat crashed.

So I updated my version of Acrobat. And now when I try to open any .pdf in a web browser it tells me it can't open any in a browser, encourages my to press "refresh" on the browser, and closes. When I press "refresh" is opens the same warning and closes down.

WTF is going on here!?

1. Sorry you're having so much difficulty
I don't know about the acrobat thing. My only suggestion is that if you were going to e-file, change you're selection to mail in the software you were using and just print it out from there. Hope you find something that works.

2. Dontcha just want to one time hurl your computer out the window?
Not to sound like one of those annoying people, but foxit reader (imo) is alot better than acrobat if all you want to do is read .pdf files.
