I'm not sure this would qualify for DU. A neighbor has many strays and ferals around her house and none are fixed. I don't do TNR anymore, and I can't find any volunteers. I want to pay someone to do it. I'd need money to pay the people and money to pay the vet fees.

Any ideas?
