GEAT! I just rented out one side of my duplex to a narc!

I just rented the place out a few days ago and already I hear she's complaining about the smell of "smoke" (as if it really comes through the walls)! Oh sure, there's an occasional bong hit on this side of the place, and friends sometimes drop by, but fer cryin' out loud, that's no reason to get all up in my face about it and call the cops. I tell ya, I already regret renting it out to her! If she hadn't been so damn good looking, I probably would've let my cousin Ernie stay there, because he never gripes about enything, and he ALWAYS has some killer weed, dude!!

Anyway, what do you think I ought to do about this new pain-in-the-butt tenant? I don't want her calling the cops or anything. Should I raise her rent to cover the cost of the contact high?
