I'm clueless about downloading music. Is KAZAA a good site to use? |
|
I don't have an MP-3 Player but I do have Real Audio and a CDRW with software to use it.
I only want to find three songs to download right now. I want these songs badly. If the site is good I might have more songs I would want to deal with but for now...I just want three.
I went to the KAZAA site and they said I had three choices for what I wanted to pay. The lowest price is okay. But, if I only want three songs is it worth it? Can I use KAZAA to download to my Real Audio Player and then use my CDRW thereby not needing an MP-3 Independent player? RA says their player is built in and KAZAA says it will give me some software I need to do it all.
I'm sort of clueless....and don't want to get into anything complicated, that I don't understand. If KAZAA is good I don't mind paying the minimum and dowloading my 3 and then if I have success with that, I might download more at a later time.
Appreciate any help you can give me.

Kazaa doesnt offer much security so if the record industry wants to sue you they probably can. There is another one called EarthStation, www.earthstation.com which is based in the middle east and is run by jews, arabs and all other kinds of whiz kids working together (it can be done you know). Anyway it is quite secure but is a touch complicated if you are not at ease with computers. When you do download it get the one wiht pxp on it. This is a safeguard system which sends your address to anonymous servers and then it gets lost in cyber space. Feel free to mail me if you want help in using it.

11. I tried "Googling" last night and ended up on some Russian site and it |
|
only gave me a "clip" of the song I wanted and this was after waiting forever. I'm on dial-up....just to make things more complicated. :-(
Anyway, the Russian site was quick on the clip....but waiting to download the whole song from the garbled instructions and then not having it download was pretty frustrating. I have "AdAware," but don't want any suspect sites...that might crash my computer and cause me grief.
Thanks!

|

I don't want to promote pirating when iTunes have so cheap (and easy to get)music.
And Kazaa sucks, it installs spyware.
Downlaod iTunes FREE program and check it out

8. KaZaa will fill up your computer with bugs |
|
It's real hard to get rid of all that spyware, and make sure you have an anti-viral program.

12. You can't get a virus through an mp3 file |
|
Kazaa Lite is a spyware-free program that also blocks malicious IP addresses, such as spyware hosts, virus spreaders, hijackers, and anything owned by the RIAA, MPAA and the FBI.

Not only have you got a spyware issue, but the RIAA is really watching music sharers on that network.

18. I paid $18 to download Limewire Pro |
|
It doesn't have spyware or extra programs like Kazaa. I have had a good experience with Limeware! Try limewire.com. I'm not sure if that's the right link but it's something like that.
Anything free will add extra unwanted programs and spyware to your computer.

Why should you have to pay for music when you can get it for free?
