I hadn't heard from the buyer of my Dallas house in a couple of weeks. Closing was set for Monday. I knew he had been out of town for some of the time.
He called last hour. He has been skiing. The deal is still on and, since Monday is a banking holiday, scheduled to close on Tuesday. Yee Haa!
The deal, of course, is the only reason I am back here in Dallas. Looks like I can go back to the mountain next week.
