http://progressiveindependent.com/dc/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=202&topic_id=7334&mesg_id=7334"I read a report that claimed that Haitian refugees in guantanamo in the early 80's had been exposed to substances which made the men prone to the development of breasts. Hence the "Hatien man-tit reference. There was a human rights group in Miami investigating the claims and believed they were real. Clark was for a period of time responsible for the "Southern Command" which covered Guantanamo and so was linked to the alleged experiments (possible exposure to pesticeds/fungicides/herbicides was one claim) on Haitians there.
So I posted the story at DU.
As it turns out Clark was NOT the head of the southern commend at the time these claims were raised but he WAS in charge of the Fort Hood troops AT Guantanamo under his command and on assignment there. So the links of his to the allegations was not too far a stretch altho not as acuurate as the articles I linked had claimed (that he was head of the southern command at the time)."
