I stayed home from school today

I'm so sick of being sick. I woke up with a sore throat two weeks ago yesterday. The following Sunday I went to urgent care thinking it was Strep. It wasn't. Just an acute virus (Pharyngitis) they said. The sore throat finally lessened, but hasn't completely gone away. I have a dry hacking cough and run a near constant low grade fever. I'm taking vitamins, extra C and zinc. It's just wearing me down, physically and emotionally. Doesn't help that I have cramps on top of it all (TMI) :P

Maybe I just need a hug. I hate whining, people are going through FAR worse things.
