You know what sucks?
I didnt change the time on my clock at the last changeover for Daylight Savings. So, it would have been correct tomorrow. Except that 2 days ago we had a power outage. So I just wasted all that time, and have to reset it anyway.

And that Sucks

2. I had to do the same thing with my watch with the date on it. I had to adjust the date
because February is a short month, then I had to do it again for daylight savings. But at least my computer took care of itself and sprang forward. Thankful for that technology.

7. Hahaha, that's funny
Well it's funny because I do the same thing, and so I know how much it would suck, to have gone all these months of having to do mental gymnastics every time you look at the clock (especially in the morning) and then to have wasted all that effort!

Plus, I didn't know that tomorrow was clock change day, so thanks for pointing it out. Now I can take my clocks at face value. :hi:

14. This sucks:
I once heard that "No good deed goes unpunished".
I'm sorry to say that I'm beginning to believe it's true.

16. Over the winter I lent a helping hand to someone in need.
We agreed that when the weather improved he would repay me by doing some badly needed repairs on my home. Recently his attitude has changed so I'm beginning to suspect that I'm may need legal assistant to recoup the money.

20. Tomorrow I'm going to the District Attorney's Office about it.
I don't want to file a complaint or actually start an investigation yet. I want to find out if there is any statue of limitations on the amount of time I have to act.

I'm still hoping that he will do the right thing by making restitution as promised. He would have become homeless. Honestly ~ he would have been unable to get to any job at all if I hadn't covered many of his needs and truck repairs for the past 5 months. There is no public transportation in Greene County, N. Y.

17. That maxim(?) was running through my head today too
I had to go into town to fix something where I volunteer on the weekends and afterwards I stopped on a dirt road to let my dogs do their business and drink out of a creek.

Two sherriff's cars came down the road from what is a dead end and stopped to see what I was doin...

"dogs are pissin, you?" seemed to do the trick.

Skr00 da man!

and howdy, you! Maybe he wants summer weather? There is still hope.
