Help..I'm downloading a .rar ifle to a windows computer. What do I need to unzip and play it?

I can't seem to find a site that isn't selling something to unzip it via Google. I just want to watch this one clip for a min,; don't want to purchase a bunch of software. Help??

winRAR and winACE will open .rar files.

winACE opens everything O_o

both are free, but sorta get naggy after the free period expires...
