Yay! I finally got my home internets back! |

:woohoo: So some morans in a construction site not far from where we live severed a major cable to several of the nearby neighborhoods, and since Tuesday, we've been netless. :cry: I was able to get into sites at work, but these days I can't get on much during the day there because of ...well...work. :P The cable company PROMISED us full service by Saturday, but it was random at best until just about an hour ago. The company called us (as they did all the customers that were affected) and apologized and told us the amount of credit to our bills for the lack of service. Granted, it was not their fault, but they made good on it. So far, all appears well on this end...but we'll see...:)

:hi: Yeah, they're pretty decent to deal with. And no, it's not Comcast. :P Their customer service is all local too, even though they're a national company. :woohoo:
