crap.... I just got an email from my daughter
asking how she should word the wedding invites..

Mr.& Mrs L. Lost
or

Mr. L lost
and
Mrs. S lost

fuck......
we haven't told her that we will probably be divorced by her wedding....
I know deep down she knows.... but we have not confirmed it to her....

to make things worse Tuesday is supposed to be my 31st wedding anniversary...
traditionally we would have gone away this weekend.....

It is getting a little easier.... but my daughters email threw me for a loop....

just needed to get it out

thanks again lounge

1. Maybe that's her way of asking you to tell her what's going on?
Something along the lines of "maybe it would be better if you sent them separately." Then she can ask for more information about what's going on if she wants, or she can stay out of it if she would rather not get more involved than she has to.

2. I was thinking the same thing
or she knows and this is the way to tell us..

I had asked mr. lost if we could tell the kids together...
mostly for her so she sees we CAN work together and her wedding will be ok....
no animosity... and there isn't

so yes... I will tell her to use option # 2

thanks

5. That'd be the perfect time to tell her, in person. Chances are she already knows,
but she needs to have it confirmed. At least now she'll be able to deal with it
before the wedding and get used to the idea. The main thing, I think, would be to
reassure her that everything will be fine at the wedding and that her special day
will be just fine.

Good luck tomorrow!
