2. Mary Tyler Moore, followed closely by
The Golden Girls.

Third would be Andy. I had my own Opie and the bird episode when I was about 12 years old. Got a BB gun for Christmas (?), shot a bird and cried for 3 days.

I turn the channel when the Opie and the bird rerun airs.

6. I watch them with my Dad
when he's visiting. If I've seen them all 3 times, he's seen them all 10. And when he watches, he laughs like it's the first time.

It used to be annoying, but now it's endearing, and will be a fond memory when he's gone.

8. Count me in for The Munsters, The Addams Family and...
Two and a Half Men.

Yes, one of these things is not like the other, but these are the shows that are high on my TiVo Season Pass list and I watch them whenever I can.

My ex and I even had a chair that resembled the Good Chair that Mr. Hilliard sat in when visiting the Addams family house. That's one of the things that I wish I had kept after our breakup, rather than selling at auction.

11. Ah, Firefly
I just watched Serenity yesterday in hi-def (set my TiVo to record it), and realized just how much I truly love the characters. It doesn't hurt that I think that Adam Baldwin is one of the woofiest men alive.

37. Same here.
Once the Barn left all laughs were off the table.

Plus Star Trek the original. Yes, and I've seen them all about 50 times and counting.

Lately it's been 8 Rules for Dating My Teen age Daughter, because of John Ritter (dang I hated that he died). I never saw the show until it went into syndication.

16. The Beverly Hillbillies
I think the show has been on the air continually in my market. I've seen every episode innumerable times and I dare say my perceptions of the rural South, as well as Beverly Hills, are forever prejudiced by that program. Green Acres is a close second but it had fewer episodes to begin with.

I kinda half-watched it when I was little but now it comes on TV Land when I'm cooking dinner! I'm crazy about the whole family, especially Granny for being such a badass and EllyMae for being so sweet with the animals :loveya:

I wonder how many members of PETA and HSUS, et al, grew up watching Elly Mae and her swimming cat. The show had a good heart and is still funny as hell.

27. The Seinfeld "Merv Griffin" episode from the final season
I played my VHS copy to death, and then when it came out on DVD, I'd put it on when I went to bed and select endless repeat so it would play all night long.

The same episode also had the "bionic squirrel" and the "special tiny instruments from El Paso"...

:toast:
