11. I just came from GD myself

and I'm more than a little dismayed at how so many are eager to assume the worst about other people. If there is any possible way they can use their imagination to come to a negative conclusion, THAT'S the way they'll go. Facts, or lack of facts be damned.

I think some just like that feeling of righteous anger. It gives them a high, but, like a drug, it impairs reason and judgment. Empathy and compassion often go out the window as well.

existence.

If you ever see me complaining about "rich" people, know that I am talking about CEOs who despise unions and regulatory efforts, make a squijillion dollars a year, own a dozen houses and 3 dozen cars and a private jet or 3, and who lose their employees' 401Ks etc but manage to get off scot-free for it AND get $40million as a severance package.
