That is me and it was an interesting experience. I have MS. I know that I get weak in the evening but I thought I could get the stacked peanut butter down from the top shelf without help. Some young Asian men came to my aid but didn't tell me I actually had blood streaming from the bridge of my nose but when two managers came hustling towards me to ask if I was ok when they couldn't possibly see what had happened I finally felt the problem. Asked if I was OK and waited until I got out of the bathroom after doing damage control. Best yet they didn't make me sign a release to get out of the store.

Good news I did not break my nose, I can breathe through it and the bruising is not too bad but it is going to hurt a few more days.

Glad you are going to be okay. When you are in a grocery, they want to help. Please make the move to allow people to help, it is karma of sorts. I find, if I actually let people help me, they don’t want to stop, it is unexplainable for me at this time, but it is true. Have you been told that fish oil can help?
