Also, I should add that they have a filter in them that has to be changed periodically. That's about all I understand.... we should find a website to give us all of this information, damn it.

they're pretty common these days, but newish. They're not totally waterless, in a way - they're still hooked up to the plumbing, but you don't have to flush them. They just have to be cleaned out every once in awhile. They've got 'em at the bar where my brother works. Good thing, them.
