1. Lowbrow comfort food.
Hamburger steaks cooked in brown gravy, tater tots, green beans and cottage cheese. I like to make a messy poutine-like thing out of the tater tots, gravy, and cottage cheese. :9

17. you mean there's more than just the lounge here?
:P

it's more a matter of 1) not having much food in the house and 2) being broke. plus, the boy works until 10, so we'll probably make a late dinner. i hate cooking when it's just me, my four food groups are coffee, cigarettes, pb&j and cereal...i'm surprised i'm not malnourished

19. I make this five-cheese vegetarian lasagna that's super yummy
Lacto-ovo veg, of course. But I use mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta, cottage cheese, and romano cheeses, plus chopped sauteed zucchini, mushrooms, Roma tomatoes, olives and artichoke hearts. Mmmmmmm. :9

23. Yes!
I put minced roasted garlic, beaten egg, a tablespoon of my EVOO mix (I have a bottle that I've stuffed with garlic, basil, and thyme), salt, and pepper into my ricotta/cottage cheese mixture. :9

25. I had chicken souvlaki marinating since last night.
I skewered it and grilled it up tonight. Then, I made sandwiches with pocketless pita bread, sweet onion, fresh tomatoes and tzatziki sauce. What a taste of summer! I made a pig of myself and had three sandwiches! :9
