Ok , my worst fear did NOT happen today....

and if even if it happened , crying for two hours straight is not the answer , my reactions are really disproportional to events in my life , what if something really tragic happens ? god forbid...I will go insane

I need to up my prozac dose , or find something else, I am literally shaking right now.

I feel really bad , people in the world are facing real tragedies and I'm so narcissist and ultra worry about everything.

I wish I can just disappear somewhere.

:hug: I don't know exactly what's going on, but it sounds like you're feeling kind of like I have felt sometimes before...like almost guilty for worrying about your own life when there are other people who are much worse off, if I'm reading this correctly? At any rate, I have learned that while perspective is a good thing to have, it cuts both ways - don't assume your problems are insignificant because there are others who have greater problems, you know? :pals: I'm sure I'm not doing a very good job at this, but I am thinking about you and sending good vibes your way, and I hope everything works out for you. :grouphug: And if you want to talk about this privately, my PM box is always open. :hi: Peace!
